Holding company meetings became easier for us. It also works well with email calendars and I can share my screen with the people I am talking to.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn't show the number when you miss a call. You have to look at the app in order to track the person who called you.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helped with our communication process. The support team is also quick to resolve the problems we encounter.
