What are the best aspects of this product?

It has a great messaging feature. I love 8x8, communication has been pretty good and smooth.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Adding GIFs in the messages would be a fun inclusion.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We don't experience that much communication issues anymore.
