I love this alternative to standard phone systems

What are the best aspects of this product?

I can work from anywhere using 8x8. It is a great system that gives you different audio/video conferencing solutions. I would highly recommend this to any company as this has been a great help for us. Furthermore, it is relatively cheaper too compared to all its competitors.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It requires high storage to install on your phone or computer. This needs to be resolved as it can slow down your phone or computer sometimes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As mentioned earlier, I can work from anywhere. I can also manage other uses and track their activities.
