It is cloud best and they have an awesome customer support team, they helped us out a lot whenever we encounter problems.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Cisco phones are not supported.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helped us during this pandemic as clients were able to reach us easily without any problem. And because our phones can also double as desk phones, it made our jobs much easier and organized.
