What are the best aspects of this product?

I can use it for new hire orientation. Because I can share my screen, I can easily orient the new hires with the information they need to start. Starting meetings is also convenient as other people in the meeting can freely discuss the project.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be hard to learn, especially if you are not IT-related personnel. It is hard to identify the functions too. I asked their customer service tons of times but they were really not that helpful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Meeting remotely with new hires is a perk. I can easily orient them with what they need to start off in the company. It is also used by other departments to conduct meetings. It is a very helpful app.
