What are the best aspects of this product?

8x8 is a super user friendly that it allows us to support our clients remotely.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its Google Calendar integration needs to be fixed. There are times when there are scheduling errors because of this. I also don't like having to rate the call after every meeting.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

All employees can use this. so scheduling meetings using this is very convenient for us. We were able to fix our schedules accordingly.
