What are the best aspects of this product?
Abacus is easy to use and intuitive software made for large teams and one-off expenses as well. In the past I used to scan receipts, sending them in and follow what was paid back, it was nightmare. I’m amazed that I don’t have to live this nightmare again, the process is smooth and easy when it comes to submitting expenses. All I have to do is to snap a photo of the receipt, enter the amount and categorize it. It takes less than a minute. I’m able to use my own cards and to link it to my bank but I prefer using Abacus.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Abacus is always improving and because of this I cannot say that I have dislikes about it. I would like to link my credit cards and to review charges and then to mark them as “business expense” in other words I would like to avoid receipts.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I work with team that is all over the company and I often catch the last minute supplies for office events, team outings, recruiting events and etc, this tool provides me with helpful reporting and logging features.
