What are the best aspects of this product?
Abacus is easy, user-friendly mobile app that allows me to do the expense receipts on the go while traveling. Whenever reimbursements take sever days its customer support team is always ready to act. Once I had a problem with the reimbursements and they have helped me to figure out that the problem was with our ACH transfer. Forwarding emailed receipts and invoices is helpful too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would like to receive notification or explanation when there are delays of the reimbursements. In my opinion, this tool is great for small companies but I couldn’t see some advanced features for bigger enterprise.

We were searching for a tool that would help us to do reimbursements easily and quickly. Thankfully, we have found Abacus.
