What are the best aspects of this product?
Sales people draw up a pretty picture and make all your wishes be heard and promise they will get the job done.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Whatever I mentioned above, they don’t do. Waste of time, money, and did I mention rude and unprofessional behavior of Mr. Barbaric or whatever his name is, I cannot spell it.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
They should really listen to their consumers.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
None. It created problems.
