If you need something that can produce reports efficiently and process transactions in a manner of minutes, this is definitely the software you need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This still needs more streamlining because I think there are still too many keystrokes required just to enter a transaction.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The lack of a steep learning curve has really empowered not just me but also my clients. We both can now quickly come up with reports when needed.
