What are the best aspects of this product?

Anybody planning on using this will appreciate how organized and user-friendly it is, thanks to the provided tags for the different functions. I personally like how we've been able to use this alongside Lightspeed, which is what we primarily use for statements, invoices, and inventory. Another thing that I appreciated is how it notifies you if you are entering something into the wrong field. The notices that pop up not only tell you what you're doing is wrong, but also provide you with instructions on what the correct tab to use is.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I really wonder why they use the Tab button to commence a search, since it seems so counterintuitive. Every other search engine in the world commences a search with the Enter button, so it can be really irritating when you keep pressing the Enter button to search on AccountEdge and you don't get the action or the result that you expect.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The software is so easy to use that we can come up with print reports in a manner of minutes if needed. In fact, it is so user-friendly that my superior was able to instruct me on how to use it over the phone.
