What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the monthly reports I can generate with it, especially commission and tax reports. These are documents critical to my job.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could make the Accounts Payable Portal more user-friendly since it currently confuses me a lot. I think more customization options should also be introduced.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has really made processes easy for use, especially when it comes to the filing of commission payments as well as taxes. All of it is thanks to the reports it can produce.
