What are the best aspects of this product?

I really appreciate how helpful their knowledge base articles are. The interface is user-friendly that even our tech-challenged staff have no problem using the system from the get-go.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Quite frankly, I can't think of anything to complain about. Updates arrive regularly and the software itself doesn't have a lot of issues.

We can't afford an enterprise accounting solution since our business isn't big at the moment. AccountEdge has given us an accounting solution that fits our budget.
