It seems like such a small thing, but the fact that it can work on both Windows and Mac addresses our constant headache given that some of us are Macbook users.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

ERP modules should be part of the program. In its current form, I think the only businesses who can use it are only small and medium ones.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has been a great help to use when it comes to general accounting. We know the amounts due from both customers and suppliers. It is also a great help that sales transactions and purchases are all recorded.
