What are the best aspects of this product?

As a user of this program for two decades, our company has seen how it has grown and improved. While it is no longer called Mind Your Own Business (MYOB), it still has that user-friendliness that made it such a hit when we first started using it. The tech support is exceptional and updated on the tables for Local, State, and Federal taxes. I also appreciate how regular updates are given and how quickly bugs are fixed. I've seen the new features they keep addining every time they release a new version and I am impressed. Another impressive thing about this software is that it allows our engineering, payroll, and purchasing to work together because there is a central server that holds the main data file.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They charge you $500 for three seats every year so that you get updated tax tables for payroll. I think it's a reasonable rate, but lowering the price wouldn't hurt.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The software has been a great help in ironing out problems in payroll, invoicing, purchasing, and even inventory.
