What are the best aspects of this product?
The pros include the ability to send large files easily, effectively communicate with our subs, and effortlessly track open and closed RFPs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The mails disappear after I open them. I still need to go to mail only and search for the specific mail in order to find them. It's inconvenient and adds up to the things we need to do.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are able to manage RFPs and are even able to invite particular DBE companies. Overall, the platform is great.
