PROS: The platform got a very nice interface which makes it easier to use to manage projects and a wide range of tools. I specifically like the ability to make follow-ups about the project and stay up-to-date of everything related to the project.

CONS: I find the number and frequency of system updates a bit annoying. Also, I also need to reboot the system to ensure it's been successfully updated.

PROS: The pros include the ability to send large files easily, effectively communicate with our subs, and effortlessly track open and closed RFPs.

CONS: The mails disappear after I open them. I still need to go to mail only and search for the specific mail in order to find them. It's inconvenient and adds up to the things we need to do.

PROS: There's a lot of available tools and functionalities for managing projects. The system exudes professionalism, has a very beautiful background, and is very easy to use that even the least tech-savvy member of the team will not have any difficulty using the platform. Lastly, the platform can be easily integrated with other programs.

CONS: The loading time is quite slow but maybe this was just due to the connection. Nevertheless, it would be great if they'd do something to solve it.

PROS: It's a top-notch product that offers users a single source of truth. Workflow has become more effective. Team has become more efficient. Turn around times have been faster. All project-related documents are structured and easily accessible. The entire team can view and get all the information they need for their job. We can track everything related to the project and business transparency has improved. Lastly, the platform is very easy to use and implement. No need to get and manage hardware.

CONS: The field for customizing mail numbering scheme can only accommodate 8 characters. I hope they'd make it at least 20. Reports insight is also a bit lacking. The process of combining mail treads and starting sub-workflow from WF parallel steps needs improvement.

PROS: The platform is very versatile and can be used not only for managing projects but also for communicating with the team and the clients. We are using this solution to create RFP and send them ours to companies as well as to track communication at work. All communications regarding the project remain in one location so accessing them for reference has become easier. Also, I like the ability to create different groups and include different individuals.

CONS: The platform is not designed for newbies in the industry. So if you don't have any background in the field or experience using other similar solutions, you may find it hard to navigate the system. But for those who have already tried using the system, you'll find the system very easy to use. Another issue: the "back" button does not work.

PROS: Storing, accessing, and managing project-related documents has become easier. You only need to drag and drop the files you want to upload into the system. I really like this functionality because it makes it possible and easier to upload multiple documents in one shot. Also, the platform makes it easier to manage even a huge team.

CONS: There’s no way to restrict users, modify the status of documents, include or make our own user-defined statuses and more. Because of the regulatory restrictions, administrators are not able to get full control of the project and the system. Aside from that, the platform pricing scheme is quite higher than other team collaboration and document management software.
