What are the best aspects of this product?

The platform got a very nice interface which makes it easier to use to manage projects and a wide range of tools. I specifically like the ability to make follow-ups about the project and stay up-to-date of everything related to the project.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I find the number and frequency of system updates a bit annoying. Also, I also need to reboot the system to ensure it's been successfully updated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has assisted me in my day-to-day job. Managing projects has become a seamless and easier process. I am able to monitor everything and do all processes including creating the proposal, pricing quotation, and many more from a single solution. It's pretty awesome.
