What are the best aspects of this product?

It's a top-notch product that offers users a single source of truth. Workflow has become more effective. Team has become more efficient. Turn around times have been faster. All project-related documents are structured and easily accessible. The entire team can view and get all the information they need for their job. We can track everything related to the project and business transparency has improved. Lastly, the platform is very easy to use and implement. No need to get and manage hardware.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The field for customizing mail numbering scheme can only accommodate 8 characters. I hope they'd make it at least 20. Reports insight is also a bit lacking. The process of combining mail treads and starting sub-workflow from WF parallel steps needs improvement.
