What are the best aspects of this product?
There is a lot to love about this product. The user interface is simple, easy and intuitive to use. It creates a great user experience for both agents and customers. Key features such as its dashboard to see who is visiting; total wait time and other minute details can be laid out perfectly on a single glance. The chat software supports video and voice capabilities, cobrowsing and screensharing which are all done through the browser without installing any plugins. Acquire meets advanced security and privacy requirements, and offers omnichannel capabilities and native integrations with popular CRMs, CMS and helpdesks.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is nothing much to dislike. I wish I could figure out something. The product is ultimately perfect and best for me.

They need to focus more on customization and integration.
