What are the best aspects of this product?
I can keep track of the recipients who engage with our emails, allowing us to concentrate our efforts on them. It also has detailed reports where you can see how many people opened your messages or engaged with it. It also integrates well with SalesForce, giving us info about each of our recipients.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Upgrading Outlook loses the connection with Act-On service so you have to sign in again. You also can't view reports in a single tab. This is a bit of an inconvenience for us as we want a general overview.

I can track who is engaging with my emails and understand what they want to see.
