What are the best aspects of this product?

It has a website prospector that allows me to see the people looking on our website. It also allows us to see who is reading the emails we sent. This allows us to focus our time on customers who are actually engaging with our products. When we have marketing campaigns, this is a great tool to use to track the performance of the campaign. I recommend this tool for people who want to keep their customers engaged with their products and services.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is not compatible with some versions of Windows so I can't send mails using it. It'd also be great if we can see the specific people clicking our emails instead of their company, location, etc. Because of this, we can't see who are the specific people we have to target our campaigns.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It enables us to prioritize prospecting. I can also collate the people who engaged with our products, allowing us to make a call list. It makes it easier for us to track who is interested.
