What are the best aspects of this product?

It has a plethora of functionality. Good e-mail marketing. It contains groups of precise marketing prospects. History is amazing as it contains e-mails, images, notes, and varying history types.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's best used in the enterprise space. Right now, I'm a lone artist studio. Contact management and use is only limited to Windows users. Notifications are absent on my iOS devices for due actions or meetings.

It's capable of managing varying prospects types. Robust groups. I have a bunch of them. These include sponsors, new prospects, patrons, and collectors.
