What are the best aspects of this product?
Even with its older appearance and other programs that work better, ACT does a spectacular job in keeping information organized. Contacts can be housed in under a company. It offers a precise and transparent contact details at a glance as well as titles for every individual. There's more than one approach in sorting queries.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I was hoping incoming and outoing e-mail can be directly linked to the account. Sadly, only outgoing e-mails are possible. While this may seem to be a big help, it would've been a good thing to view correspondents instead of having an outgoing-only interaction.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Being an events organization that directly deal with people and companies, it's a blessing to have all information housed in a single location. Just recently, my organization went through a massive restructuring. I'm actually taking over a number of accounts in the middle of the process. It's a good thing in seein correspondence that already happened.
