PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

What I love most with ACT is how simple it is. Both its UI and features are easy. Support is available when you need them. Since the screen isn't considered as "busy," you can continue doing business without disruptions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At first, I was forced to commit to using it for a year compared to steadiling observing it from month to month. That way, I can really sink my teeth into. But that issue was resolved shortly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Keeping things organized. While I'm still in the middle of the transitioning from a paper-based approach to CRM, I feel very confident using it. I think it would be a big help in achieving my goals. I'll be able to take in discipline for my part although I can take it'll help enhance my productivity and profitability for the long term.
