PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

There have been numerous versions of this software so there are always bugs. The techs range from experienced to very unexperienced. some techs refuse to help. And the techs and the supervisors hide. You wont get an email, phone number or employee id. also, they will only call you back - not email you. so if you miss their call they can just put in their log book that you didn\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t call back and they\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'ll close the ticket. Stay away from Phil C. Carlin,...if this is their real names. When they can\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t help you they assert your being rude when you ask fair and logical questions and they hang up on you.

Every iteration they implement creates a new bug.

simplify it so the basic functionality works.

not many. its a cheap product and for the lower price point you\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'re getting a lower quality product and definitely lower quality tech support.
