PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Integration with Swiftpage as well as GROUPS. Whenever I send out an e-mail blast, pre-selected contacts within GROUPS has been a big help. Swiftpage is really user-friendly. I was hoping the template editor is a bit simpler to operate includng the import of images.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When it comes to making an e-mail template from scratch, it doesn't get saved automatically within the software. But when I did make the upgrade to ACT Pro, the software froze up on me a few times which led to a reboot.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm running a one-man show. ACT gave me the chance to appear as if I'm a bigger organization. I'm able to be in touch with my customers through e-mail blasts. I do this by making use of Swiftpage with a monthly fee.
