What are the best aspects of this product?

I've been making use of ACT for a long while now. I can utilize a majority of its latest functions. It's fairly simple to operate. There are bunch of activities available to help be familiar with the system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Being able to learn in customizing the system. Getting other people to join my organization in using ACT is a challenging task. It's impossible to see other people. This makes it very hard to communicate with other people.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm updated when it comes down to the latest info on people wihin a customer/prospect. It's a lot simpler to add and track new contracts. I have a terrible memory. So ACT has been a huge help in helping me keep up with things.
