What are the best aspects of this product?
I ADORE the automatic syncing of contact from my Gmail account to the Active Campaign one (meaning that I don’t have to add phones or emails on the phone manually). The dashboard is awesome, and everything is designed in a user-friendly tone.
Finally, it amazes me how lists and tags can be used together. It made segmenting so simple! Do you know that I used to pay $300 per month for Infusionsoft and Otraport, and I still didn’t have that? I’m super glad that I listened to my friend’s advice to try active campaign! I hope you will listen to mine!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
So far, I didn’t detect many flaws. My only problem is that I didn’t manage to try all of the functions, but I certainly got what I needed and what I paid for.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I made a single email sequence to share important events with people who participate in them. Since they are located in different cities, I make use of several facilitators. I enjoy sharing my automations with facilitators, and seeing those being integrated in various AC accounts (it takes one click only!). As you can imagine, communication is pitch-perfect, and you can even sell services on auto-pilot.
