ActiveCampaign is easy to understand and use, and it is simple to implement the basic features compared to the other email automation and marketing solutions I’ve used. The pricing is also affordable compared to its competitors.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The system needs improvements. It is difficult to scroll customer info from a small window. Plus, the reporting feature is basic and can be improved to provide a better understanding of cross-reference with campaigns and deal flow.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use ActiveCampaign for both marketing automation and CRM tasks, so we make use of most of the features. We use Google for Business and all the emails to and from clients are automatically tracked. This enables us to handle both marketing and sales using the same solution which is cost-effective. Prospects who fill forms on our websites automatically trigger specific automations based on what they request. But we also personalize the emails to ensure all requests are answered and all leads are nurtured properly.
