What are the best aspects of this product?

The most impressive feature is the dynamic responses which make it seem like I’m actually writing the email and it is based on a recent specific action of the receiver. This makes the email more effective and personalized. Only a few solutions offer this feature and most of them are less intuitive and more expensive compared to ActiveCampaign.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The software can add a built-in full landing page builder, and if that is not possible, at least offer integration with other business apps to add this feature.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use ActiveCampaign to help my clients boost their conversion rates for their products. The dynamic responses feature helps me attract more clients as my clients think they offer a lot of value and don’t have the ability to use that functionality currently.
