What are the best aspects of this product?
ActiveCampaign is indispensable for an SME to perform marketing automation, and to compare his campaign’s results. Before I discovered it, I struggled with the complexity of MailChimp and the discomfort of Ontraport’s feature-load, and I can really appreciate the easiness I am working with now. I had doubts on the price (it seemed modest), but it turned out to be a better deal than the money you pay for it. The top feature of automations is definitely the visual drag-and-drop editor.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is nothing to dislike about it, but as you know, nothing is perfect! There is space for some improvements, mostly while you’re still adapting to it. Let’s not rely on intuitiveness, for instance, and provide learners with some actual documents to cut the ‘know-how’ process.
I also mind that there is no separate tab for emails, and the function is integrated in automation and campaign. I would prefer a clean e-mail list for each campaign or automation I create.

I am a very satisfied user of ActiveCampaign, and I am always happy to recommend its automating responses, nurturing and generation of leads to all of my clients.
