Great platform with useful features, lovely interface.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the interface, and the updated version ActiveCollab 5, there is a huge improvement over AC4. The platform is similar with Basecamp, but Active Collab has more features than Basecamp, such as: invoicing, estimates and modules that help you to expand your collaboration with Slack.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like the setup. Also, the system has many issues with customization, you cannot customize colors without redoing the portions of the system. Additionally, I have some issues with email systems with AC5.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This platform helps us to solve many communication challenges and we have been more flexible with our clients, since they prefer to pay online. Also, activeCollab, allows us to get rid of some roles within the agency model such as traffic coordinator.
