What are the best aspects of this product?
Collaborating with clients and managing projects become seamless with ActiveCollab. It outperforms other software due to its flexibility and ease of use when managing projects. It even allows us to communicate with clients while limiting what they can access and view in our data. And since ActiveCollab is integrated with Quickbooks, time tracking, invoicing, and billing is made easier. Moreover, customer support really considers our needs. We have suggested a couple of functionalities, and it’s good that they included them later on the new version.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The license version should give more options on how we want to use it, particularly on the aspect of adding users. Instead of subscribing to a new level and paying more on it, we wish we could just add users and pay for it while remaining on the same subscription level.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Managing and finishing projects become faster and cost-effective. We tend to focus more on works rather than spending our time searching for files or attending other less important works.
