What are the best aspects of this product?
We work hard to meet deadlines and impress our clients a level of professionalism when it comes to delivering our promises. That was difficult at first because, as with any project, a delay on one part sends a ripple effect to the entire project. What the software brings to us is the level of tracking; we can adjust, re-adjust and deploy contingencies when one piece got delayed. We set the rules so that ActiveCollabe notifies us for triggers, and many times what could have been a difficult process to plot the sequence of impact is now as simple as waiting for the notification in your inbox. It greatly helps us keep to our goals and keep our integrity when it comes to punctuality.

Chat support can be improved. Chat is supposed to fast track customer service.

Sudden changes, unforeseen emergencies, out-of-the-blue issues are easily managed. We can adjust fast to circumstances and that helps us keep to our targets.
