PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The task feature, the files tab and the discussion tab are the best aspects for me for this project.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Changing calendars make it difficult to move out tasks all at one time a set number of days. Its not as simple as moving everything out 5 days some tasks might need to move out just 3 days, others 7 days, so the bulk edit doesn't solve for that.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Being able to open more than one project under one project, for instance a marketing campaign- which has lots of deliverables with varying timelines.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Active collab helps our team organize and track a project better. All communication and support material around a project are stored in the program so its easy to locate; your not shifting through emails to see what was last discussed.

Workfront was just a nightmare to use and so expensive. It was just overly engineered for what we needed.
