What are the best aspects of this product?
We use the ActiveCollab cloud version and it's designed very well, easy to use, and always up! Best of all it's priced well compared to other project management tools that offer the same features.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When a task is completed there should be a way to keep the task that was checked off displayed.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Probably video conferencing and live chat built in, but I know that's pushing it!

We needed a way to collaborate with clients, team members, and other external members easily without having too many features that will never be used. ActiveCollab helps us get right to the point and get work done.
