Works well beyond collaboration

What are the best aspects of this product?

We started using it for our teams to work closely together, but we found out we could invite our clients inside the platform and use it to manage their custom-priced orders. It has become an internal and external collaboration space.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Reporting is quite limited for now, especially, in our case, when we use it in a more customized way.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Ability to monitor projects, customize projects, manage billing. We are able to forecast and meet deadlines with more accuracy.
