What are the best aspects of this product?

You can access support via phone, live chat, or their support portal. You can even submit a request for someone to call you...and they'll call within 5 minutes. Support is knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer they will quickly go find it. You feel like a priority when you talk to support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's not much that we dislike about ActiveTrail. By far the most superior marketing platform on the market.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Take advantage of the free trial. No other providers offer this. Get your hands dirty and then ask questions. The platform is robust and will take some time to understand all the ins and outs. But, once you do, you'll be well on your way to marketing success.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

ActiveTrail gives us a 360 degree of all of our marketing activities. It is literally the "hub" of 95% of everything we do. The power in that is that we know what works and what doesn't, which saves us money, time, and makes us look like heroes to management. Design, automation, and integrations are seamless which awesome.
