One of the best email platforms

What are the best aspects of this product?

ActiveTrail is the major email marketing platform we use, and we've been satisfied with the results so far. It's very flexible, easy to use, and has all the options we need. If something we're looking for isn't there, support is always happy to help us out.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing in particular. Can be a tad glitchy when he load is high on its servers, but that happens with all web-based apps.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Email marketing to a large list of subscribers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm using ActiveTrail to stay in contact with my fans. Being a comedy hypnotist and magician, my subscriber list loves watching my magic videos. My Facebook and Twitter followers have increased as well by sending out these emails.
