A great tracker overall.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This program has been able to successfully weave its data into an understandable and complete narrative that gives me insight about my employees--where they are on specific projects and how they handle their tasks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One thing that this program does for me is to allow me to monitor my employees. However, I don’t like how some of my workers are able to switch off their tracking devices when they use an extension from Chrome. I hope that the developers would take down this extension ASAP. Other than this issue, I really don’t have much to complain about.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve been able to monitor and call out any bad (or unethical) behavior that our employees exhibit while they are at their work station. We’ve caught some employees doing work unrelated to our company, some have been caught being dishonest in their reports--the list of guilty parties can go on and on.
