What are the best aspects of this product?

We’ve thoroughly pitted this program against other similar solutions, and decided to go with Activtrak for its wide-reach and robustness. For its price, you get far more benefits than its competition.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think I might have some ideas on how this program can still be improved on. For one, there should be a button on the dashboard that gives us a quick glance on the operations. I think that we should be assigning admins within users too--and while we’re at it, we should be allowed to assign roles to each user as to restrict access and view. There should be a quicker response-time from the program too whenever I click on a user to view his/her screen.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We handle a remote group of employees and Activtrak has allowed us to make sure that they are clocking in the hours productively.
