What are the best aspects of this product?
I’ve managed to acclimate to Acuity Scheduling’s environment quite easily. Everything is easy to understand and all its appointment scheduling features are great too!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Still in the learning curve. I’ve only recently started using this tool, so naturally, not all commands will be familiar to me.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Whether my clients want to schedule an appointment or want to cancel one, I don’t have to manually note all these anymore. I just get notified of the changes and that’s it—I don’t have to do anything else except prepare for the appointment.
