What are the best aspects of this product?
I settled for Acuity Scheduling since it's capable of seamless integration with GoToMeeting. It comes with a bunch of customizations that I like. I get to have a wide range of links to cater to varying services. For instance, I have a link that deal with a 1-hour onboarding and another for current training options wherein a customer can pick sessions with me to train on specific topics.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing bad to say about this. As a matter of fact. Zero complaints at all! It's functioning perfectly!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I get to schedule onboarding sessions with new customers in an efficient manner. Before, I had to resort to sending and receiving e-mails whenever it involves the time and date. Now I can get them to settle for a time that suits their schedule. Acuity Scheduling syncs well with my Google calendar app so it'll know when I'm free.
