It's been so great in terms of usability. Blocking off time is a cinch and scheduling parameters is easier said than done! What's more, it's worth the price and easy when sharing with clients and colleagues.

With a speedy connection at hand, it's now possible to block off scheduling times within Outlook. It'd be a treat if this feature is natively built within the app.

But these days, Acuity has made it easy for reps to observe which time slots are open without constantly sending or checkin e-mails. A prospect can even come into the calendar and seek out which demo time is available.
