What are the best aspects of this product?

This software is relatively easy. The one thing that I like with it is its affordable pricing. The business I'm running literally involves me. Acuity either charges me a monthly cost of $10 or a yearly price of $110.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't like how its mobile app works. It's not really something that you call an "app." You're actually going to their site through a browser. A shortcut is available to access their "app.'

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm trying to find a way to get my clients to schedule their own appointment. I also want them to make gift certificate purchases. I want them to do both on my website. Now I can do that!
