What are the best aspects of this product?
I’ve been using this to facilitate online calls with my team, just to get quick updates on the projects that they are working on. Thanks to its availability on mobile, I’ve been able to stay on top of affairs related to my business wherever I am as long as there is decent internet connection. I also like that this tool is really easy to navigate and has all the information I need within arm’s reach.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have no issues with the tool itself, just the customer support team behind it. They’ve been slow to respond to my requests and questions. They were quick to apologize though, which I appreciate.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
For one, I’ve been able to stick to scheduled appointments much easily. This tool has also given me insight on the movements of my clients within my business.
