What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how Acumatica is an ERP solution that's solely based on the cloud. I love how we're able to build inquiries in a simple manner insteasd of making customized reports. Typically, custom reports creation can be a waste of time. Not to mention money. I like the system's visibility since each transaction made can be broken down to its utmost basic level.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I dislike how there has to be a couple locations need for extracting the same info. That same info can simulteneously be have a different represnetation. For instance, Accounts Receivable will appear differently than those of invoices with Sales Order.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our company is in need of an ERP solution that's based on a cloud. Acumatica admirably catered to such need. Our company required further visibility when it comes to sales. We may need a bit of effort on this. But once we're able to gain extensive data, we'll likely spot what we want.
