PROS: It's an all-in-one product that lets you organize warehouse info, bills, and other things typically seen in a company. It lets you create new things that are tailored for the needs of the enterprise. Management is easy. Its support is great for both clients and developers. It's located within the cloud for remote access regardless of it's from a smart device or a desktop PC.

CONS: It can be a bit complex at first. You'll need to dig yourself out of the hole when dealing with errors. If you're not determined enough, things would appear more confusing.

PROS: Migrating from Sage Software, it appears Acumatica is giving us room to scale our growth. It offers enhanced in-depth analytics with our day-to-day operations and sales. It's a bit complex to handle, but I can see how this software can assist us in being efficent in the operating and management of our current warehouse. I just can't get enough how useful this software especially when it's embedded within the browser platform. This makes me efficient in working remotely and never have to worry about being in the office all the time.

CONS: It appears as if there are plenty of steps needed just to run some processes. From a person who just migrated from Sage, just about everything can be done in a couple or so steps. Acumatica requires several steps to accomplish almost the same set of tasks. In addition, if you make your way to the print screen and you somewho forgot to save your work, you tend to lose it when you click back. An action tab should be available on the print screen so data won't be lost.

PROS: We didn't stumble upon Acumatica by accident. We discovered it after weeks of careful research and of weighing the pros and the cons of different ERP options. What we like about it is that it has the ability to scale with us. It doesn't bombard us with complex systems at the onset. Instead, it introduces its various functions in a way that doesn't overwhelm our team. If we had any questions regarding its use, we can simply consult the Help files and we'll be sure to find our answers there.

CONS: For the most part, Acumatica's features have been extremely intuitive--all except for Report Designer. Learning about it had not been as easy as learning all the other functions.

PROS: We've been able to fully customize our Acumatica experience, and my team and I love it! It's very intuitive and it can be configured to respond to just about every work scenario possible. We've been able to learn it quickly. Now we're up to stride and are particularly enjoying the ease with which its dashboards present all the information that we need.

CONS: We've had a bit of difficulty in creating table joins in the processing and development of custom reports and inquiries. It's not an impossible feat, but the creation of the table joins has been quite tedious.

PROS: Acumatica is the best ERP solution for larger teams. There's no limit to the number of users you can have onboard. Our team, in fact, has been able to access the system all at the same time. We also like how accessible it is. With our data up on Cloud, it's so much easier to work and access information from anywhere.

CONS: It does require a bit more space in our server, but this isn't much of a problem with us. Others might not have the luxury to clear out space in their server resources though.

PROS: Acumatica is an easy-to-launch and easy-to-use ERP system. Getting it up and running had been relatively quick--we were able to access the program along with its library of resources in just a matter of minutes. The Sales Demo data and peer support within the community are very accessible too. Our staff has found the Visual Studio particularly useful and easy to manipulate.

CONS: The costing is a bit tricky. I run the Sales Order (SO) and Purchase Order (PO) and define them under the First In-First Out (FIFO) method. In times when I need these variables to run with the Actual Specific, Acumatica seems to have a hard time shifting gears from FIFO to SO-PO.

PROS: I love how Acumatica is an ERP solution that's solely based on the cloud. I love how we're able to build inquiries in a simple manner insteasd of making customized reports. Typically, custom reports creation can be a waste of time. Not to mention money. I like the system's visibility since each transaction made can be broken down to its utmost basic level.

CONS: I dislike how there has to be a couple locations need for extracting the same info. That same info can simulteneously be have a different represnetation. For instance, Accounts Receivable will appear differently than those of invoices with Sales Order.

PROS: Acumatica contains all business admin functionality like that of other ERP systems in the market. Thing is, the features that come bundled with Acumatica are a lot more flexible, extensive, and in-depth. Bigger depth features can cover known and intricate business scenarios in finance, sales, purchase, and inventory. What's more, it also covers other essential processes including project management, HR, tax management, and fixed asset management. Its flexibility can be easily be enabled with the program.

CONS: There's so much to learn. Like the saying goes, "no pain, no gain." After scaling the 80% pass level in an online course, you'll be familiar with stuff involved in business.

PROS: It's user-friendly. Support is above and beyond what I expected. It's one of the first ERPs I know that can be hosted directly to the cloud. That means, having remote access to your ERP wherever you are. It's secure and has grown notably fast after all these years.

CONS: Some of the errors encountered can be challenging to comprehend. Support is pretty good. Headlines are available for response. Customers always come first with them.

PROS: Working on the cloud means not having to worry about hardware or maintenance. Updates on the software is seamless. Its Magento integration entails minimal manual order entry. Task scheduling and automatic replenishments are easy. Data import tools are simple yet robust.

CONS: If internet is down, there's no way to gain entry to the ERP. That's basically the only biggest downside with it.

PROS: So many benefits it has to offer. For instance, it comes with an unlimited user license. It also has vendor/customer portals. Its design is highly responsive. You get the help you need in case you're having trouble understanding a certain aspect of the program.

CONS: We've recently gone live. At the moment, there's nothing to hate. It'll take some time before I can actually make a comprehensive review.

PROS: As a Quickbooks and Acumatica user, I can sense how essential it can be to have the right ERP for the company. Our company later realized that we've actually outgrown Quickbooks. We wanted to go for a program that can go above and beyond in managing some of the most puzzling business aspects. Informed decisions can push for enhanced performance in any company. We realized how Acumatica is that ideal tool in guiding us to make better business decisions.

CONS: At times, Acumatica can be a bit monotonous, especially when modifying small errors. Whenever a document is being released in Acumatica, there's basically zero room for any error. That measns, no way of making small corrections. You're litterally being punished for reversing a wrong document. Being able to copy documents can help, but it can be a waste of time if there are lots of mistakes.

PROS: The software is super user-friendly. It's able to put a number of things together in a single page. You can make use of it in any smart device/computer. Signing in can be done anywhere (as long as there's internet available) so I won't have to worry much when travelling. It's a limitless user model, so I'm able to add people and not have to bug IT just to include another user.

CONS: It's really simple to learn. You don't have to worry about training. But then again, that could be a mistake that can cost you. At times, I'm not at all sure why a certain thing couldn't be saved since I've yet to find a way to use a system correctly. There's so much info displayed in a single page.
