What are the best aspects of this product?

Working on the cloud means not having to worry about hardware or maintenance. Updates on the software is seamless. Its Magento integration entails minimal manual order entry. Task scheduling and automatic replenishments are easy. Data import tools are simple yet robust.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If internet is down, there's no way to gain entry to the ERP. That's basically the only biggest downside with it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Improved inventory management. Saved a lot of time with Magento integration. It can also integrate well with other known third party software. For instance, it had not problems linking with Avalara, Sharship, or PayPal. Excellent software all around.
